Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy

You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this 28-day period.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition are non-refundable.

Please note that we do not accept returns on:

  • Food items

  • Reduced or sale items

  • Helium Balloons 

If you wish to return an item, it is your responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping using a courier of your choice.

If you have checked your order and believe an item is missing, faulty, or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

Please include your order or delivery number along with clear images of any damage. We will review your case and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Policy 

Refunds can take up to 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution.

Helium Balloon & Balloon Decor  Orders
  • Balloon orders must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

  • Inflated balloons are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • We do not accept returns on balloon orders.
